Beau Keenan

Beau’s background in finance, combined with his experience in the investment and entrepreneurship sectors, provides him with a unique perspective on real estate. With that perspective, he earned recognition as a Real Trends' America's Best Real Estate Professional in 2017, 2018, and 2019 and later recognized as a Real Trends RealTrends Emerging Leader in the real estate industry in 2022.  

Beau provides strategic direction and leadership to over 350 real estate professionals across 13 office locations. He motivates, inspires, develops, and coaches the leadership team at Dickson Realty while attracting, hiring, and retaining the top professionals in the industry. Beau plays a pivotal role in setting strategic priorities to align with Dickson Realty’s vision, values, and goals. His current passion project for the company has been building a real estate fund known as the Dickson Nest Fund that all agents and staff can invest in for future retirement income. 

Beau also spends time on the investment and development side of real estate and has his own personal investment portfolio of residential/commercial properties. He's currently working on a 20-unit infill residential development project and has experience building and selling numerous high-end spec homes as a partner at the former TRBT Development. With this development background, he's sought out for broker support by other builders and currently acts as the broker of record for 8 different residential projects in Northern, NV. 

An enthusiast of community involvement and philanthropy- Beau actively serves in his church, a frequent volunteer with JustServe.org and Keeping Truckee Meadows Beautiful. He serves as Board Chair for the Community Foundation of Northern Nevada, which serves as a community leader, and a philanthropic advisor in charitable giving, and has distributed more than $180 million in grants and scholarships from over 275 charitable funds to strengthen our Nevada home in the last 25 years. Additionally, he’s been involved with the Reno Seed Fund (Nevada’s Leading Agenl Fund) since its inception- dedicating time, resources, and money to drive innovation, create jobs and build wealth in Northern Nevada by partnering with driven, talented entrepreneurs in technology-enabled companies.

Beau’s leadership style is rooted in meticulous attention to detail and a relentless work ethic. His extensive network of mentors and business professionals helps him stay ahead of the ever-evolving market. Beau understands that real estate is a "people business"—with success hinging not only on technical expertise but also on building strong, trusting relationships. The camaraderie and trust Beau fosters in his professional relationships have been a driving force behind his success.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Beau’s greatest pride is his family—his beautiful wife, Heather, their 18-year-old son, Luke, and 15-year-old daughter, Andi. He loves spending time outdoors with them, enjoying skiing, hiking, mountain biking, and wake surfing.
