Katy Borja is the Marketing Director at Dickson Realty, where she sets the vision and strategy for the company’s marketing efforts. With over 12 years of experience in marketing across various roles, Katy leads a dedicated team of marketing professionals and Marketing Concierge personnel, providing essential support services to over 340 agents.

Since joining Dickson Realty a year ago, Katy has made significant strides in updating the branding, rebuilding the website, and transitioning to a new CRM system. Her efforts have streamlined workflows, improved team performance, and reduced costs.

Her contributions have also been instrumental in recruiting and retaining top-producing agents who collectively sell over $100 million in real estate annually. Katy thrives on innovation and stays ahead of industry trends by incorporating cutting-edge marketing tactics, emerging technologies, and data-driven insights into her strategies.

Katy holds a BA in Journalism and an MA in Digital Journalism. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with their dog.
