Natalie Richardson

As the managing broker for Dickson Realty Damonte Ranch Office, Natalie is dedicated to fostering agents' growth and guiding them through the complexities of real estate. With a deep passion for Reno and its surrounding areas, she combines patience and understanding to empower agents, helping them reach their full potential and build thriving businesses.

A native Nevadan from Sparks, Natalie’s love for the area grew as she did. She graduated from the University of Nevada with skills in business, finance, and economics, which led her to a career in retail banking. This experience honed her service and leadership abilities. In 2015, she joined Dickson Realty and quickly rose to lead the office.

Natalie mentors and advises agents, supporting their professional and personal growth. She goes beyond transactions, helping agents uncover their motivations and igniting their passion for real estate.

Outside of work, Natalie and her husband are avid sports fans, cheering for Wolf Pack Athletics, the Giants, and the 49ers. She loves spending time outdoors, camping, and fishing in the Sierras. With her husband and two cats, she proudly calls Reno home, sharing an unwavering love for the area.
