Samantha Reveley

Since her move to Reno in 2001, Samantha has cultivated a deep passion for real estate and development. With over 20 years of experience and membership in the National Association of Realtors, she has weathered the highs and lows of Nevada’s real estate landscape. Samantha’s expertise lies in luxury high-rise condominium communities in Downtown Reno, a niche she has specialized in since 2008. Her notable achievements include co-listing The Palladio and serving as the Sales Manager at The Montage, where she successfully sold all 376 units within a span of four years.

In addition to her high-rise specialization, Samantha also focuses on Midtown/Old Southwest, where she resides. Her commitment to urban development led her to co-own the West St. Wine Bar and become a member of the Regional Alliance for Downtown. Her dedication was recognized when she was appointed to manage Dickson Realty’s Downtown/Midtown office from 2014 to 2019, where she is consistently a top producer. Whether it’s a penthouse at The Montage, a bungalow in Midtown, or a historic home in Newland’s Manor in the Old Southwest, Samantha is the go-to expert for real estate in Downtown, Midtown, and Old Southwest.

Beyond her professional life, Samantha is a passionate individual with a love for outdoor activities. She enjoys scuba diving, skiing, and hiking in and around Lake Tahoe. A 14-year veteran of Burning Man, Samantha is part of a Reno camp and has contributed to the event by building an Art Car and various art installations over the years. This enthusiasm is evident in her work, reinforcing her belief that assisting people in buying and selling real estate is not just a job, but a privilege to which she is fully committed.
